Finally, a real city - San Juan

San Juan, Puerto Rico is the largest city that we have visited since we boarded the boat.  We were excited to tour and shop in the US territory. There was only one problem.  I had broken another toe, so it was impossible to wear walking shoes. We went to "Old Town", with me, hobbling in my slides, taking my right sandal off continuously throughout the day. By the time we returned to the boat, after a full day of walking, touring, eating and shopping, I could barely walk. That one little pinky toe sure does control much comfort.

The next day, we drove up to El Younge National Forest and ate lunch at a nearby bar-b-que place. Beautiful and yum!!

The following day was Liz's last. We went to the beach and took her back to the airport.  Boo hoo! It was great having her aboard! Who's next?
